NOTE TO SELF..........

......Giving Lauren camera and asking her to take photos of new haircut ~ to post on blog ~ was probably not one of my best ideas to date!!!!!!!

Lauren is useless with a camera (bless her). I bought her a little one for her birthday and she took pictures with her fingers over the lense (hehe!!), I suppose you are right though, at least she did get hair in the photos!!!
I have wavy hair ~ it is the wonders of GHD hair straigteners that get it straight every morning.
The 'Me Time' was fabulous ~ and much needed I combined the hairdressers with some retail therapy and a coffee ~ it makes such a difference to have a few hours where I am just ME and not MUMMMMMMMMMMMM ~ as my kids say it (ha ha).
Hope all is well with you, no more earthquakes I hope.

I've been reading through yours and laughing out loud. What a hoot to meet another mum with so many funny tales to share.

The pictures Lauren took of your new hair cut are hilarious. At least she got some unusual angles! The colour looks great and the cut is very stylish.

Sounds like you had a beautiful day with your children when it was raining. I liked reading about all the crafty things you got up to.

I totally related to your post where you wrote about the big spring clean. I have a tendency to start a job that I think will take about an hour and like you say, six hours later, I am done, albeit exhausted. I recently thought I would clean out a cupboeard in our office, that then turned into going through the whole filing cabinet and sorting that out good and proper, storing old files and then tackling other cupboards throughout the house. But, I have to say, the next day you always feel so happy that you slaved away the previous day and you actually appreciate the results.

I am so glad that you stopped by and that I have "met" you. I'll be popping back for sure.
