The washing machine is fixed (needed a bit of an over haul !!!) ~ and Hotpoint did not dissapoint by sending out an even hunkier bloke than last time (thank you Hotpoint!!!!).
Unfortunately I was still feeling the after effects of the power walking I did yesterday, so was walking a bit like I had left my horse at the watering hole!!!! (not good when hunky man on premises!!!).
Also the poor man had to put up with my (not yet tanned) legs ~ as the weather is glorious here ~ wall to wall sunshine L~O~V~E~L~Y!!!!!!!!!!! So I have decided to shock the whole world and wear my shorts!!!!
Anyway, the washing machine is fixed, I have had a good oggle at the Hotpoint man and the sun is shining (what more could a girl ask for?????). I am going to throw a load of washing in the machine and then I am going out in the sun (my friend June has made lunch yum yum!!!).
Better make the most of it ~ because me having my legs on show is a definite cue for rain!!!!!!!

i say, tan those legs, work out the muscle aches, unplug the hotpoint, and request the same repairman to come back for another look see;D "oops!!! i didn't know it wasn't plugged in... would you like a spot of tea or a glass of lemonade???" tee-hee

That thought did cross my mind (I am getting a bit slow these days ha ha!!).
I will leave it a few days and see if it can't maybe breakdown again ~ all on its own!!!!
The legs are tanned already ~ I have sat in the sun all afternoon and that is all it takes (I have skin that goes brown straight away!!)~ Just need to work on the fact I can't walk (tee hee!!!).

I'm getting rid of my Dyson and getting a hotpoint!
I haven't braved my legs to the sun yet, Tabitha, you haven't seen white legs until you have seen mine! In fact my legs haven't seen the sun since our holiday to Canada last year!

Hi Amanda ~ go for it ~ get a hotpoint and hopefully the hunky guy will go to Scotland too!!!
Believe me, before I sat in the sun today, my legs were very scary!!
I think Hotpoint will cotton on eventually ~ BUT the fridge freezer was making a funny noise yesterday..........tee hee!!!!

So the fridge is now holding your food hostage...!
Wow, that Hotpoint company sure does know what it's doing. They can't come and fix your machine right away, but when they do, any anger or frustration you had towards the company for taking their sweet time to repair your much needed appliance just dissappears. I bet none of those repairmen cop an earful of abuse from cranky women fed up with waiting for the repairman.
Glad your machine is now fixed.
