Just thought I would update you on the 'bug' situation ~ I am now feeling alot better ~ but I was up almost all last night with poor little Lauren who was really sick (thankfully she made it to the toilet in time!!). I feel awful that she has now caught it ~ I would imagine from me and I just hope that dan has escaped. He is fine and is out playing in the fresh air with a few of his friends ~ so maybe that will help??!!
Lauren is all snuggled up on the sofa with her blanket at the moment ~ watching WALL.E on the DVD ~ she hasn't been sick since about 5 this morning ~ so hopefully that is a good sign ~ she is still quite pale though.
I know that there were at least 5 of the children in Laurens class off with the sickness bug last week ~ so it is obviously doing the rounds.
I am totally exhausted ~ so might go and lie down for an hour before dinner!!

It is hard on everyone when bugs go through the whole family.
We have had a good run and no illness for ages....
Fingers crossed for a good winter.
First day of Autumn yesterday...so hopefully some cooler and safer wether for us all.

Aweh, well I hope little Lauren feels better soon! I'm glad you are :D Being sick (especially with the stomach funk) is NEVER pleasant.

Poor Lauren, I hope it turns out to be no more than a 24 hour bug. That is unless it could possibly be a 12 hour bug.
And I love the thought of you having your pre-dinner nap. Any time you can snag a nap is the right time from my point of view.
oh, poor little lauren... i hope she is better. tell her maggie is sending puppy-dogger kisses and that they are fresh (she had a bath and her teeth brushed today;).
i, too, hope daniel doesn't get sick; the stomach flu is quite funky, huh:/

That bug seems to be everywhere! So far I'm the only one who has escaped (Robin first, then K. and then Caitlin). It only lasted 24 hrs, so I hope Lauren will feel better soon.
I'm sure she did great on all the dance exams. She looks so lovely!
