Just a quick hello ~ we have had a busy day ~ Lauren and I went to the Cinema to see Hotel for Dogs today ~ it was quite good ~ only down side is that Lauren now wants a puppy ......... not good ~ last time she wanted a puppy she went on and on and on (you get the picture) for weeks ha ha !!
Daniel has gone with his Dad for the weekend ~ I will be doing a post over at my other blog ~ so those of you with access can pop on over and read my latest rant (tee hee!!).
For those of you who won the gifts on my Pay it forward post ~ I believe it was Amanda (penny and pounds), Tania (Little Sweethearts) and Susan (Non Linear Thinking), they will be posted monday ~ they are wrapped ~ addressed and just waiting for stamps ~ so Monday morning they will be snail mailing their way to you ~ I am so sorry about the delay ~ I have been so busy and today I had them with me to post before the cinema and stupidly left them in the car (yes ~ I am losing my mind??).
I received my Pay it forward gift from Amanda at Penny and Pounds and it was just lovely ~ a teddy keyring with my initial on it, which was made by Tania over at Littlesweethearts for her etsy shop ~ if you haven't been over there, then go and have a look as she has some lovely items for sale!
I will post some pictures of my gift when my camera is in a good mood ~ it is having one of its tempremental days again today ha ha !!!
Thank you for the gift Amanda ~ it is wonderful ~ I love it and it was very kind of you.
Thank you also to everyone who left such nice comments on my last Blogaversary post ~ it is truly wonderful to have met so many wonderful people and I can't see me giving up blogging any time soon ~ if ever!!
Best go now ~ Lauren wants to watch Stardust on the DVD followed by Harry Potter (Order of the phoenix I believe!) ~ so best go and snuggle up with her on the sofa for our girly night of DVD viewing !!!! XXX

Oh my goodness, I remember those days of begging for a puppy; we'd get one then I'd be the one to take care of it! Oh well, it sounds like Lauren isn't, right? :)
I'm glad you posted, when I don't see a post in a day or two, I worry. That's what old ladies do! :)

My daughter is dog obsessed and never goes anywhere without her lil dogs.
We have adog though so she just goes on and on about getting a kitty!
Have'nt seen the movie but everyone I klnow who has loved it too.
tabitha... you know there is a little maggie dog with big brown eyes, curly ears, and (ha!!!) corn-chip-smelling feet just waiting for you to buy her for lauren and daniel!!!
but, be forewarned... she will be your responsibility, trust me; i know these things;)
i hope you two had a fun night and that daniel had a good time visiting his dad/granddad!!!

Tabitha we should compare notes. When Shawn gets it in his head that there is something he wants, I hear about it non-stop, morning noon and night. And when I tell him I don't want to hear anymore about it he will say okay. Then about an hour later he will come and say, "aren't you happy that I've stopped bugging you about such and so? And then for the next week I will be constantly reminded of what a good job he's doing to not talk about the thing he wants.
If Lauren is anywhere as bad as Shawn then boy do you have my sympathy.
I'm excited to recieve my gift, but don't worry, if it takes three months even, I'll be fine. I like anticipation!
aww! How nice, that keyring must be really nice. However, I remember begging for a dog after watching some irrelevant dog movie. We stuck with the two cats, though! They'd be heartbroken, haha! Enjoy your day, especially that likely adorable key chain!
