Sunshine and smiles

Hello there ~ Thank you all for your kind words after my small fainting experience!
Just to let you know ~ I did not hurt myself ~ I managed to do my favourite trick and slide down the wall ~ so no damage done ha ha !!
I am fine now ~ and am still determined to give it another go ~ sometime!

Well, the last few days have been gloriously sunny ~ warm and wonderful ~ it has lightened my mood and I feel back to my normal self again ~ the dark clouds seem to have moved on ~ Thankfully!!

The warmer weather has also meant a change of school uniform for my sweet girl ~ so here especially for my good friend Dani ~ are a few pictures of lauren in her new summer school dresses!

They were taken after she got back from school ~ so that is why she looks a bit tired and hot and bothered!
We also have 2 new members of the family ~ as one of our goldfish died and the remaining fish ~ Bubble (below).........

........was a bit lonely ~ so we made a visit to the pet shop at the weekend and got him some new friends.....
This is Bob ~ which is Daniels new fish (sorry about the blurry picture ~ the fish wouldn't keep still ha ha !!).

AND ~ this is Edward......yes ~ Lauren named her fish after my favourite vampire ha ha !!

She has caught her Mummies addiction to Twilight ~ her fish had to be black and she had no doubts about its name!!!
They seem to be doing ok and there have been no issues between them yet ~ so all is good in our fish tank again!!
Since my last weight loss update a few weeks ago ~ I have lost another 3 pounds!
I have now lost 6 stone and 2 pounds (86 pounds) ~ and as my goal was to lose 6 stone ~ I have reached where I initially wanted to be! I am still undecided whether to carry on and lose another 7 pounds or so ~ aswell as toning up!!! I think that I have realised now that this is not just a DIET ~ it is a life style change ~ it is forever and if I just go back to my old eating habits and the way I was before ~ I will have put all the weight back on in no time!!
I cannot deny that I feel wonderful ~ it is nice to be wearing clothes that are 6 dress sizes smaller ~ nice to actually buy clothes that I want to wear ~ not just buying them because they are the only ones that fit and then there are the health benefits ~ which are endless ~ all in all ~ I could not be further away from how I felt this time last year when I started this weight loss journey!!
I will hopefully get over to visit all my bloggy friends soon ~ the last few days have been hectic and I haven't had the time to visit you all.
Hope you are all doing ok! XXX

Those school dresses are nice ~ if i had a girl she would be wearing them too!
I'm glad your new fishy friends have settled in ~ just don't try to kiss Edward Tabitha!
The weather has been pretty settled here too ~ it's just amazing what a bit of nice weather does for the soul.

Congrats on the weight loss again. I'm not saying weight loss is easy ~ but i think keeping it off is more difficult. That's what i find anyway!

Another 3 lbs. Tabitha!!! That's AMAZING! You are doing tremendously well.

So glad you didn't get hurt when you fainted. My dad has fainted 3x in the past couple of years and he's bonked is head pretty hard each time.

The new fish are cute. So funny about Lauren's fish!!! Her little outfit is darling. We don't have to wear uniforms here unless you go to a private school. No private schools for my kids until I go back to work. Catholic school might be just what my kids need!!

Much love from NJ,
Sue
