Happy Easter to you dear Tabitha, Dan and Lauren. I hope you had a wonderful, relaxing day celebrating.
I love that Flat Ashlinn gets to travel all around the world and that she was lucky enough to stay with you. Such a fun idea.
Tabitha, you must be so excited to be one pound from your goal weight. A year of dieting is such an amzing effort and I know that you did not give in to temptation and you were dertmined the whole way through. You really are inspirational.
Tabitha, I can relate to that pain you get after riding a bike. Oh, I hear you when you say it seems like a good idea at the time. About ten years ago, I bought a bike as I had some kind of crazy idea that I would regularly go bike riding. Anyhow, in the excitement of owning a bike again (since childhood) I thought it would be a good idea to ride to mum and dad's (seemed like a good idea at the time kinda thing), after all it was only about a ten minute trip in the car!! how long could it take on a bike? (Too long!!!) My brain didn't think about the hills etc, but boy did my butt and legs feel them - for days!
Ahh, the things we will try in the name of exercise. I hope that you are still not suffering from that bike ride my friend.
