July 2008 ~ 3 stone lost!!
September 2008 ~ 2 pounds off losing 4 stone!!
Me today ~ the only problem with losing weight ~ is your boobs go too ~ no panic ~ there is still plenty left ha ha !!!
Just a little weight loss update (again) ~ decided to do a photo diary ~ so here are the stages so far ~ 2 stone still to go ~ Christmas is the deadline!! Will update you more along the way! (excuse the latest photo ~ I look how I feel ~ totally knackered ~ that is my Friday face ha ha !! )XXX

You look really good with those black jeans and grey sweater and I cannot believe you still want to lose that much weight. You are a very determined woman who has turned her life around and I have a lot of respect for that.

Thanks alot Christy ~ I should have done this sooner ~ it gives me the incentive to go on when I see that I have come a fair way so far ~ there is still a long way to go and it is getting harder ~ but I will plod on ~ I have until christmas ~ which if my counter is right is about 104/105 days away ha ha !!

Believe me ~ there is still quite a bit hiding under the sweater and jeans ha ha !! I really need to be not so short and then my ideal weight wouldn't be so low ha ha !!
I am determined this time ~ but the difference is that I am doing it for myself and because I want it ~ nothing else!! I will hopefully be able to post that target photo at Christmas ~ but New Years Eve is the cut off ~ so I had better knuckle down to it!!

Thanks Dani ~ I will keep at it ~ I have come too far to stop now!! Then when I get to target ~ the real hard work of staying there starts (oh joy!!) ~ never mind ~ I will just have to keep coming and looking at these photos if I am tempted to 'fall off the wagon!!'

I am sure that you will do really well Amanda. I remember the first week that I started and realised that I had 6 stone to lose ~ it was just an impossible dream ~ now only just over 5 months later I have only 2 left to go. You can do it and you will get there ~ I will be here to support you ALL the way!!

Your weight loss journey is inspring. It's a journey that requires discipline, persistence and sacrifice. You have obviously worked so hard to come this far and you must be so proud of yourself. I admire your determination and perserverance.
I agree with Tania, I am surprised that you still want to lose another two stone.
Now your're near the end of this journey my friend. What a feeling and achievement it will be when you can say: "I did it". I for one will cheer so loud, you will here me all the way over here in Australia.
