Yes, it's that time again ~ Brendas Photo Challenge!! The hostess this time was my dear friend Amanda over at penny n pounds and the theme this time is 'changing seasons', thankyou Amanda for hosting this challenge ~ which as always has been great fun!!
I took my photos around the village that I live in. The first one shows the changing colours on the trees ~ I think Autumn is well and truly here!!
The leaves in the garden ~ there are more and more each day ~ another sign of summers end!!
The sky has pretty much looked like this most days until the last few days of lovely sunshine!!

I will be hosting the next challenge!! ~ which I am quite excited about!!.
I have chosen the next challenge theme as 'YELLOW' (I need some bright and cheery photos ~ with all these grey days!!).

Oh how ths makes me miss England! When I was young we lived just outside Abington in a Village called Steventon. My father taught as a Visiting professor at Oxford. I want to come back!

we haven't seen as much change in color as you have; however, after ike travelled through last sunday many, MANY leaves have fallen from the trees whether they were ready to or not!!!!
your village seems so sweet and quaint donning its fall attire... speaking of which, have you gotten rid of lauren's "dorky cardigans", yet??? bahahahahahahahahhhhhaaaaa!!!

I love how forlorn the blue turtle looks.... so lonely. You're right, some bright yellows would be uplifting! Great idea!

Loved your photos! My boys had a green turtle sandbox that looked very much like the turtle in the last picture. Brought back memories. Now it's time to think about "yellow"!
