What the hell is PMT? In the states we have PMS and PYT. Never heard of PMT. We also have EMTs here too.

Hi WK ~ PMT is Pre Menstrual Tension ~ or that time of month where a woman feels like killing someone (in my case ha ha !!).
I think PMT and PMS are the same thing ~ but I have no idea what PYT or EMTs are!!!

Hi Amanda ~ yes ~ there are 3 weeks of normality and tranquility ahead of me and then the two 'red' days as I call them ~ mainly because it is like I am possessed by the devil ha ha !!!

Glad you and yours survived the PMT days for the month. What does the T stand for? We called it Pre Menstrual Syndrome here.
AND I found a solution---
Last January due to problems I was having my Gyno strongly urged me to have a complete hysterectomy. I am SOOOO glad to have had it. Now I take a low dose of estrogen daily and that seems to really help keep me level.
Wouldn't recommend surgery just to relieve PMS or T, but it was a great side affect.
