Today I have handed the blogging reigns over to my sweet little daughter Lauren........
She is fascinated with fairies at the moment and wanted to do a post all about them ~ so here goes (I have no idea what she will say ~ as she has the controls for this post ~ so here goes......)
FAIRIES
Hello this is Lauren typing on Mummys blog (well Mummy is typing and has promised to type exactly what I tell her to!).........
Today I am going to tell you about fairies and what me and my friend Libby have been doing at school.
When we were at school, Libby found a wing in the playground ~ which we think may be a fairy wing, we are not sure. So, I have been trying to get pictures and find out where fairies live.
I have found out that they live in woodland gardens and Mummy has printed off the picture that is showing at the top, so I know what they look like.
If any of you have ever seen a fairy or have any stories about fairies can you tell me them on Mummys blog and I can tell them to Libby at school.
Well, let's get on with the fairy telling.
At school, as you know, Libby found a wing and it was by some logs that had been cut down. We have been searching on the mud by the logs for ages now for a fairy. We have seen all types of things ~ that could be clues ~ like a piece of blue shiny paper that they could use as a dress. We found some steps by the logs and I have found a little hole in the logs that we think fairies may live in. we are going to carry on looking for the fairies and Mummy will let me tell you on the blog how we are getting on.
Thank you for reading my blog about fairies.
Lots of love from Lauren XOXOXOXOXOXO
PS ~ if somebody does not believe in fairies ~ just laugh ha ha ha ha.

Oh, thank you Lauren, for your post on fairies. Very interesting~you're a sweet girl!!
:)
Oh Lauren! I believe in faries too! They Do exist,But...They don't want you to see them! They live in what's called, another dimension...they pop through to check on the little people and to help Mother Nature grow flowers and trees...
Let us know what you two get up to...!!!(((HUG)))
Hi Lauren
I have always loved stories about fairies. I have never actually seen a fairy, but together with my little girl, Savanna, we are always looking for fairies. Like you, we think we have seen a few clues. We are going to make a fairy house soon and maybe, just maybe, some fairies might decide to live in it. When we make our fairy house I will certainly let you know. I will email your mummy and send you some pictures.
I look forward to learning more about fairies with you. Thank you for your blog post. I am going to show Savanna the picture of the fairy you included. Sav is asleep now, but when she wakes up I know she will love to see this picture.
Lots of love
Elise

Lauren, I'm a real live grown-up and I can tell you that fairies certainly do exist!
I have loved fairies since I was a little girl like you. I have only spotted a few of them in that time but they are just as lovely as you would imagine them to be.
Best of luck to you in your fairy hunting Sweetie!
I always looked for clues about faries when i was your age, but i didn't find any. You and Libby are very lucky finding a wing and a dress!
Love You Lauren!

PS My daughter Emily loves it when your Mom posts pictures and stories about you. She also loves to dance and High School Musical!!
dear princess lauren,
i am just now reading your blog and am fascinated by the fact that you and your friend, libby, may have found a real, honest-to-goodness fairy wing!!! i have heard that little fairies shed their wings as they grow. i bet that is exactly what you two found... a fairy wing that a little girl fairy outgrew:)
sometimes when i take maggie for a walk, she sniffs her way over into the corner of our garden until she comes to a hollow log. when she gets very close she stops then very quietly eases nearer to the log. i think there are, indeed, fairies, which live there; she just doesn't want to scare them.
if i ever see one, i will try to get a picture for you. the thing is... i hear that fairies move so quickly that it's almost impossible to ever see one.
much love,
dani and maggie xxx
